Devon Dram Club – Blind Whisky Tasting
Crossed Anchors Brewery, Exeter, EX2 8BY
Friday 10 April
6:30 – 8:30
Taste five whiskies blind and discover new favourites.
Every whisky we taste has spent years maturing in oak casks.
Each tasting includes:
• Five whiskies tasted blind
• Guided tasting notes and discussion
• A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere
• The chance to discover new favourites
We taste everything blind, so the label, distillery and price don’t influence what you think. Often, the most unexpected whisky of the night turns out to be everyone’s favourite.
Devon Dram Club welcomes anyone who wants to explore whisky in a laid-back setting.
You might be:
• Completely new to whisky
• Curious about different styles
• Looking to discover new bottles
• A whisky enthusiast who enjoys tasting with others
No snobbery. No pressure. Just good whisky and good conversation.
Great whisky begins with simple ingredients, time, and traditional craft.
Blind tasting takes away any expectations.
When you don’t see the label, you get to experience the whisky for its flavour, texture, and finish. It’s a great way to train your palate and find whiskies you might have missed otherwise.
Plus, the reveal at the end is always a highlight.
